Code Enforcement Officer Richard Osborne reported two building permits, two maintenance violations and recommended the Village update local codes and sign/entertainment permit fees after New York State adopted portions of a new building code.

Code Enforcement Officer Richard Osborne told the board that two building permits were issued — a pavilion at 14 Main Street and repairs/boarding at a residence on Kent Street — and that the department issued two maintenance violations for fence work on Pine Street and property repairs on Kent Street. He said fire-inspection work continues and staff are following up on open permits.
