The Gage County Board unanimously adopted Resolution No. 26-14 on Aug. 5 authorizing the County Board Chairperson to sign the County Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards. The resolution cites Nebraska statutes including 39-2115, 39-2119, 39-2120, 39-2121 and 39-2510(2). Member Terry Jurgens moved adoption; Member Eddie Dorn seconded; roll call was 7-0.
