G Floyd, who gave his address as 2109 Southeast Monroe, used the public-comment period to thank the court for recent courthouse parking improvements and to praise county leadership for maintaining a strong fiscal position. "When I got up this morning, I remembered...we were 1 of 5 of the 254 counties in the state of Texas that had 0 debt for a lot of years," G Floyd said.
