Melissa McDonald said the county will sort RFEI responses into categories (recycling, zero‑waste projects, trash, transportation, etc.) and evaluate them on variables including project timeline, cost, and return on investment, with relevant county teams (for example, the curbside collections team) reviewing proposals in their domain. "All proposals will be read by county staff and the appropriate county staff," she said.
