Board adopts option enrollment capacity resolution based on Nebraska limits

The board reviewed and approved board policy 5,006.1, the option enrollment capacity resolution, following a staff presentation explaining how district capacities were set under Nebraska statute. Staff told the board that principals provided enrollment data used to determine general and special education capacity and that applications are evaluated on an individualized basis.
