During public comment at the July 6 meeting, Kelli Chaffer raised three items: an outdated listing for 'Chris Defrieze' on the county highways web page (the listing was located and removed), the process for appearing on the county meeting agenda, and a question about a local road between Seaton and Keithsburg for which no definite answer was available.
