The Town of Hunter Planning Board met Aug. 5, 2025 and the minutes reported several actions: one public hearing, one site plan approved (Thompson Studio building site plan adjacent to the main house on Platte Clove Road), a 90-day conditional subdivision approval extension for Cortina Mountain while an investor completes due diligence, and an approved lot-line adjustment on Heavenly Valley Road.
