After meeting in executive session to discuss pending litigation, Supervisor Sean Mahoney moved that Town Attorney Jason Kovacs be authorized to initiate a motion against Ralph Szymanski on behalf of the Town of Hunter. The motion was seconded by Councilman David Kukle and the record shows the motion carried with four ayes, zero noes and one recusal (Councilman Raymond Legg).
