The Town of Hunter Planning Board met July 1, 2025, and the board reported its actions to the Town Board on July 22. The Planning Board approved the Leib ground-mounted solar site plan, reviewed a Thompson site plan for a studio addition on Platte Clove Road, and reviewed a three-lot Westview sketch subdivision on Scribner Hollow Road. The report noted one public hearing and one site plan approved.
