The Village of Le Roy Board of Trustees voted to approve Pay Application #2 for STC Construction Inc. in the amount of $519,650.00 for the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Phase 3 project. Trustee Raymond Yacuzzo moved the resolution; Trustee James Bonacquisti seconded and the motion passed with the board voting Aye.
