The Piedmont City Council authorized a consulting services agreement with Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) on Feb. 2 to support preparation of a request for proposals and evaluation of developer proposals for the Moraga Canyon specific plan. The contract authorization is for a not‑to‑exceed amount of $35,000 and allows the city administrator to approve budget adjustments within that amount.
