Director Cynthia Razo-Porter said Department staff have met twice with consulting firm Guidehouse to refine an RFP and that stakeholder meetings remain to be scheduled. "A rollout to County leadership is anticipated on July 13 to discuss the project scope, objectives, and overall approach with department directors," the minutes state.
