Property transfer on hold until Code Enforcement issues Certificate of Compliance

Town Attorney Ed Brockman told the board that the planned transfer of a building to Mark Schlegel has not been completed because the Code Enforcement Office has not yet issued a required Certificate of Compliance. The minutes record that Brockman "is waiting for written approval from Code Enforcement Officer Whipple. Ed needs a Certificate of Compliance from CEO Whipple." The board discussed a recent meeting with property owners and the CEO that Brockman described as productive.
