Director of Public Works Keith Leitzinger presented two quotes to replace mercury switches in pump-house controllers: a basic functional quote from B&M Electric and a Pilling quote designed to be SCADA/telemetry-ready. Engineer Jordan Fure warned that adding full SCADA capability to water system sites could add about $25,000–$50,000 per site.
