Board presses for strict engineering oversight as TDS expands telecom extension plans

Village President Robert McLimans reported that TDS Telecom has broadened the scope of a proposed utility extension, adding multiple permit packages (plans 4, 5 and 6) that would run throughout much of Bloomington, including out to Fairground Road. The change came after Delta 3 Engineering had communicated several conditions intended to protect village infrastructure.
