The board held nominations and voice votes for its leadership slate. A member moved to nominate Barb for president and the motion carried; subsequent votes approved Lauren as vice president and Heather as secretary. At least one member voiced assent during each vote; the chair declared the nominations passed and the new officers were recorded.
