Board says proposed MUC district definition changes unchanged from prior hearing
Supervisors said the MUC (Mixed-Use Center) district amendment contains no changes from previous consideration and received no audience comment during the Jan. 5 public hearing; the board closed the item and will continue required ordinance steps.

The board opened a hearing on updates to definitions and provisions related to the MUC District, including separate rules for properties under and over 25 acres and changes to Appendix E. A supervisor stated the current proposal "hasn't changed at all from the last hearing," and the board received no public comment on the item.
