County Board approves multiple reappointments, accepts one resignation
The board re-appointed members to several county boards and accepted the resignation of John Knueppel from the County Board effective June 1, 2026. Appointments included housing authority seats, Board of Review and ETSB positions plus ETSB leadership changes.

The Cumberland County Board approved a slate of personnel actions at its May 12 meeting. The board re-appointed Ben Bland to the Housing Authority of Cumberland County and re-appointed Ernie Kingery and Paul McKillip to the Toledo Fire Protection District. The board also re-appointed Janet Blade, Bob Swearingen and Steve Maroon to the Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB).
