The board approved a consolidated list of outstanding invoices to be paid from bond funds and noted several non-action bond items for future work, including bus barn upgrades, A/C upgrades at KES & KJH, and a 10‑year field turf replacement plan.

Superintendent Schneider presented a consolidated list of outstanding invoices and recommended the board approve pay applications drawn from bond funds; Trustee Ramiro Antillon moved to approve and Trustee Miguel Urquidi seconded. The board approved the pay applications unanimously at the Dec. 16 meeting.
