Trustees approved two 5G Security quotes for Kermit Junior High — $28,235.80 for safety/security doors and $29,287.37 for electronic surveillance covering the school and track — both motions passed unanimously at the Dec. 16 special meeting.

Superintendent Schneider presented two separate 5G Security quotes for Kermit Junior High School during the Dec. 16 special called meeting: $28,235.80 for safety and security doors at the KJH office and $29,287.37 for electronic surveillance at KJH and the KJH track. For each item Trustee Miguel Urquidi moved and Trustee Aaron Hardaway seconded; the board approved both contracts unanimously.
