During public comment the board heard from Rob Cummings, who requested that the RTA be named a responsible party on River Trail construction and offered the RTA's assistance for trail work in Rico. The comment followed trustee discussion about transferring an RGS easement to the RTA or the county as part of the town's 2026 work plan; Trustee Gregg Anderson had asked the board to include a consideration of the RGS easement transfer on the March agenda.
