The Mabank City Council voted unanimously to grant City Administrator Bryant Morris authority to complete and submit an application to the Texas Water Development Board under House Bill 500 for grants related to drinking water and improvements to city drinking-water facilities and services. The motion was made by Councilman Derek Harrill and seconded by Councilman Joey Rich.
