At the Jan. 12 meeting Superintendent Ritchie Bowling presented a proposed purchasing limit per bond allocation for land purchases to guide future acquisitions. Michael Doty moved to approve the establishment of the purchasing limit; Nick Upton seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 7–0.
