At the April 3 meeting, City Administrator/COO Monte Walker recommended reallocating a large sum into LOGIC to maximize returns. Following that recommendation, Kent Lowder moved to transfer $325,000 from the Premier Index Fund (of Independent Financial) into the LOGIC Governmental Pool and to approve the financial report; Brandon Grooms seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously.
