The City of Howe Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the Final Plat for the W. Stephens Addition, described in the meeting record as a replat of Lots 10, 12, 14 and 16, "save and except the east 10 feet of all lots, Block 1, Ella W. Mills Addition, Vol. 126, Pg. 128, D.R.G.C.T.," containing 0.645 acres of land. Commissioner Ed Whitfield made the motion and Commissioner Cassie Montgomery seconded. The transcript records the vote as "2 Yes 0 No. Motion carried."
