Commissioners acknowledge chairsigned contract with Bar C Construction for RWD No. 4 waterline relocation
The Garfield County Board acknowledged that Chairman Clarence Maly signed the Notice to Proceed and construction contract with low bidder Bar C Construction for Bid #26-13 (Garfield County RWD No. 4 Waterline Relocation). The board noted prior authorization from its May 18 meeting and recorded an affirmative vote by Commissioners Maly and Wedel.
