The Environment & Public Works Committee approved resolution 25-0154 on May 19, 2025, authorizing a contract with LeChase Construction Services, LLC to provide agency construction management services for the NWQ Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) electrical, aeration and preliminary treatment improvements. The motion was moved by Legislator Howard Maffucci, seconded by Legislator Rose Bonnick and recorded as adopted 7-0.
