The Marble Falls City Council convened in executive session under Tex. Gov't Code §551.071 for private consultation with the city attorney regarding a pending utility claim. After returning to open session, the council authorized payment as directed in executive session and authorized the City Manager to execute a settlement agreement subject to City Attorney approval.
