Trustees voted to change the regular meeting start time to 6:00 p.m. and directed updates to Local Policy BE and the Board Operating Procedure Handbook; the change was approved unanimously as recorded in the minutes.

On Jan. 12 the board voted to move regular board meetings to 6:00 p.m. and to update Local Policy BE and the Board Operating Procedure Handbook to reflect the new start time. The motion was made by Cindy Wilson and seconded by Elaine Rodgers and is recorded as carried in the minutes.
