Contractor reports wastewater plant about 12% complete; work remains on schedule

Mark Price, construction manager with AGCM, gave a progress report on the wastewater treatment plant, saying the project is "about 12% complete towards the finish of it," with prior decommissioning and site-preparation work finished and building activities now underway. Price said contractors continued work after recent rain and that scheduled overnight concrete pours were planned to keep the project on schedule.
