Jeff Nysos, the city's property code administrator, briefed the authority on the Housing Improvement Program (HIP) and curb‑appeal work, saying three HIP properties received grants: Krause (1211 9th Street), Caruso (1013 11th Avenue) and Meehan (902 9th Street). He said the first two are complete and the third is in progress.
