Council adopted the public participation plan that will guide outreach for the comprehensive plan update and encouraged Alders to act as advocates for public engagement. The plan says the Southwest Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission will create a range of participation opportunities for residents, businesses, schools and community organizations.
