A resident request to move the borough's street-sweeping enforcement window from 8'11 a.m. to 9'12 a.m. prompted a wide-ranging committee discussion on Aug. 11 about staffing, enforcement and costs. Don Anderson said the current arrangement allows a single operator to cover early Central Business District sweeps and later routes, and changing hours boroughwide would force shift adjustments.
