Police Jury reappoints library and visitor bureau representatives
The Jury reappointed Dr. Amanda Norris to the Lincoln Parish Library Board of Control for a five-year term and reappointed Gerald Jordan (representing Louisiana Tech) and Brandon Logan (representing Grambling State) to the Ruston-Lincoln CVB for three-year terms.

The Jury approved a series of appointments by unanimous vote on Nov. 10, 2025. Resolution No. 2025-37 reappoints Dr. Amanda Norris to the Lincoln Parish Library Board of Control for the term Nov. 10, 2025–Dec. 31, 2030. Karen Ludley moved the library reappointment and Dan Lord seconded; the motion carried with eleven yeas.
