Cleona approves building project pay applications and multiple change orders
Council approved Pay Application #1 payments totaling $63,346.99 across three contractors and authorized several change orders — some costed and time-extended, others tabled — advancing the borough building project.

Council voted to approve Pay Application #1 for the borough building project on March 3. Alex Kauffman of Steckbeck Engineering recommended payment to Heim Construction (general contractor) for $30,830.71, Spotts Brothers (plumber) for $9,976.50 and Mann Plumbing and Heating (HVAC) for $22,539.78; the electrician submitted no pay application. "He recommended payment to these three companies," Kauffman told council.
