Township adopts communications plan and launches VIBE volunteer program

Julia French, the township communications intern, presented a 22-page strategic communications plan that surveyed 653 residents and recommended a proactive, multichannel approach emphasizing email, improved website content, brand standards, departmental liaisons, and performance metrics. The board voted to adopt the plan.
