Cache County Council adopts fifth 2026 budget amendment, removes fuel canopy project and reallocates funds
The council amended and adopted Resolution 2026‑24 (fifth amendment) on July 28, 2026, replacing Exhibit A to remove Item 6 and approving 13 remaining budget adjustments including removal of the Hyrum Roadshed fuel canopy and reallocation of RAPZ and ARPA funds.

Policy Analyst Andrew Erickson recommended amending Resolution 2026‑24 to replace Exhibit A with a revised Exhibit A dated July 28, 2026 and to remove Item 6 per legal counsel. Councilmember Nolan Gunnell moved to amend the resolution; the motion passed unanimously (Aye: 7).
