Staff reported the county currently subscribes to iWORKS as an asset database but that it requires substantial manual entry for fuel and maintenance records; the county pays about $5,000 per year for iWORKS, staff said (speaker S7). The county will trial Motive for about 30 days to evaluate automated fuel tracking, vehicle route mapping and camera/AI features.
