The council moved Agenda Item 14 earlier in the meeting at Mayor Forgy's request to accommodate the guest speaker from Bryan IT LLC. Councilmember Hogue made a motion to approve the service plan offered by Bryan IT; Councilmember Owen seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
