The council approved the minutes of prior meetings and accepted accounts payable during the April 28 meeting. The minutes record the motion to approve minutes was made by Council Member Jan Walston and seconded by Council Member Bobbie Jean Alford; the motion to accept accounts payable was moved by Council Member Allen Wiese and seconded by Council Member Diane Grimes, with both votes recorded as For — All, Opposed — None.
