Utility operator Todd Lensmeyer told the Board on June 8 that grease continues to be a substantial problem at the wastewater treatment plant; he ordered chemicals and enzymes intended to break down the grease and reduce coagulation. Lensmeyer said a concrete pad for the pumphouse generator was installed and the generator will be installed next week; he will ensure the water tower is full so there is no interruption to service during installation.
