The Board of Supervisors voted to approve an Engineering Services Agreement with the firm Kirkland Michael for work on the MidAmerican Repowering Project and authorized the chair to sign the agreement. The motion was moved by Rohwer and seconded by Friedrichsen; the minutes record the motion as "carried by all ayes."
