During the public‑comment segment, Crystal Santiago of Spring Hill told the board she wanted the district to take parents’ concerns about the state FAST test to Tallahassee. "The stress and anxiety that our children have because of this is insane," she said, adding that her daughter missed Level 3 by five points and was placed into an intensive reading class despite high classroom performance.
