BLM: South Railroad EIS, SWIP transmission and geothermal exploration updates
The BLM reported the South Railroad final EIS is in upper‑level review with a tentative Aug. 7 decision date, issued a notice to proceed to LS Power on parts of the SWIP transmission segment pending ARPA permits, and said three geothermal exploration projects are completing baseline surveys.
