Administrator Brian Barboza provided the City Administrator's report with updates on employees and several capital and planning projects. He listed the Downtown Revitalization Project (CDM23-0292, 200 & 300 block of Kearney), Community Development Project (CDV23-0235, lift station), North Side Water Infrastructure Project, 4th Street Project, the TxDOT 2025 Transportation Alternatives call for projects, and the Library Project. He also noted a solid waste report and the Chamber Awards Banquet scheduled for Feb. 26, 2026 at the Bairfield Activity Center.
