Assistant Chief Financial Officer Andy Bowman told the Board the five-year financial plan is intended to tie the county's strategic plan to forecasted revenues and expenditures and to flag decisions needed in the coming budget cycles. "So today is a work session, on the 5 year financial plan. No action is requested from the board today," Bowman said as he opened the session.
