Cedar Park City Council approved multiple consent items Nov. 21, 2024: ordinances for a private school and tattoo parlor, land-use and rezoning at Cypress Creek Road, code amendments to towing fees and municipal civil service, and three resolutions for engineering, SCADA modifications and furniture purchases.

The City Council approved the consent agenda items and related ordinances and resolutions at its Nov. 21, 2024 meeting. Items adopted under consent included a special-use permit for a private school at 3502 Hatch Road (Ordinance SUP05.24.11.21.E1), a tattoo parlor at 401 E. Whitestone Blvd. (SUP07.24.11.21.E3), a future land use change and rezoning at 703 Cypress Creek Road (FLP09.24.11.21.E5 and Z10.24.11.21.E6), code amendments to towing fees and municipal civil service (CO11.24.11.21.E7 and CO12.24.11.21.E8), and procurement/resolution items authorizing agreements not to exceed specified amounts for engineering and equipment.
