Audit Committee receives FY25 ACFR; auditors issue unmodified opinion
At its Jan. 26 meeting the Wayland Audit Committee heard CBIZ present the FY25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). CBIZ reported an unmodified auditor’s opinion, issued a governance letter, and said single and school audits remain in progress.

The Wayland Audit Committee on Jan. 26 received a presentation of the FY25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) from Alina Korsak of CBIZ. Korsak said the audit produced an "Independent auditor’s report issued with unmodified opinions" and that CBIZ had issued a governance letter while single-audit and school-audit work was still underway.
