The board approved a proposal to clear perimeter vegetation, remove dead trees, add mulching and optionally weed‑whack the dry retention slope at parcel '33'; District Engineer noted a central wetland and mowing constraints on the south side.

The Heritage Pines CDD approved a proposal for additional cleanup work at parcel '33' that includes perimeter cleanup, removal of dead trees and mulching; the board also approved optional weed‑whacker work on a dry retention slope. The proposal was requested by Supervisor Carol Vaughan and presented by District Manager Chuck Adams; on a motion by Michael Walsh and a second by Stephen Putman the work was approved "including the optional scope of work."
