Assistant Public Works Director Jose Coronilla and project superintendent Matthew Julien presented a street evaluation using a NEXCO/field‑walk ranking system that sorts streets into reconstruction, in‑place reconstruction, spot repair, or good condition categories and attaches preliminary cost estimates.
